2019 Everyday Heroes Program

To further its mission of “Serving those who serve us,” A Military Tribute at The Greenbrier has created the Everyday Heroes Program to honor the men and women of the United States Military and our country’s first responders. It is the tournament's No. 1 goal to give more to these heroes and create an unparalleled level of excitement for fans in attendance.

How does it work?
Thanks to a generous donation from Bluestone Resources to cover the cost of tickets, fans can go online to AMilitaryTribute.com/Tickets and register for complimentary Daily Grounds Badges to A Military Tribute at The Greenbrier.

When registering for the tickets, fans will be prompted to enter the name and information of a military member or first responder, whom they consider to be an Everyday Hero. Military members and first responders can enter their own name if they wish, but every name entered must be verified as a living person who is serving or has served in the military or as a first responder.

The names of those Everyday Heroes will all be displayed on The Greenbrier Wall of Honor throughout tournament week. This wall will be a permanent display, located near the merchandise booth, that will serve as a tribute to the heroes.

Those names will also be entered into a pool for numerous drawings throughout the week worth more than $500,000. Included in those drawings will be:
  • A $50,000 cash drawing on Saturday, September 14
  • A $25,000 drawing for each hole-in-one hit on No. 18
  • A $2,500 cash drawing after each eagle recorded at No. 17
  • A $1,000 cash drawing after each birdie at No. 18.
Fans are also encouraged to make a donation toward a cash prize when registering for their tickets. That prize will be drawn and awarded to an Everyday Hero on the last day of tournament play, Sunday, September 15.

In addition to the cash prizes, A Military Tribute at The Greenbrier will be drawing to give away items of at least $1,000 in value that are donated by area individuals and businesses, as well as friends of The Greenbrier, wishing to show their support for these Everyday Heroes. Those prizes include:
